Welcome to the #1 site for African American Women committed to combating the stereotype of the "Angry Black Woman". Formerly "Why Black Women Are Angry", this is the companion site to the Valencia Roner Show on BlogTalkRadio.com. Our blog is ranked as a top site for the search terms "black woman" in Google. By identifying issues that contribute to said anger while exploring ways to overcome such anger, we strive for society to view Black women as the content beings we truly are.

It says that the video is no longer available...
Thanks for the heads up Anon:
Try it again before this is taken down too.
Thanks.
I was able to see the interview. Good Lord!
Hey Anon:
One can't help but ask, it the Lord is that good, why would He allow such foolishness?!
LOL!
Sometimes we must pray extra hard... especially in the face of such foolishness. But it was comical.

Hey Anon:
I am with you on that one. And quite frankly, I think it was nothing more than one big publicity stunt.
Oh yeah, I forgot all about "The Publicity Stunt" routine.
Miss Anon
If O didn't respect Wendy why did she come on the show? Would she have snapped at Katie Couric that way?
I doubt it. Hating all around.
Wow that was intense. I wonder what the conversation was like when the cameras stopped rolling.
Thanks Ehav Ever - been a minute - hope and trust you are well.
Thanks for chimining in - Luscious Librarian.
As I told Miss Anon - Wendy is milking the hell out of her new show. Remember - they don't call her the queen of all media for nothing.
It's all about the "Big P" - publicity!!!!
Wow that was different!
With Wendy Williams, it truly is meant to be different!
Hello,
I saw the clip of the Omarosa insult fest with Wendy Williams and while Omarosa was clearly attempting to have her moment of publicity... Wendy did not start out the interview that way at all... she was trying to be professional...
Omarosa wears weaves so I am not sure why she was cracking on Wendy's wig...NEITHER of them is presenting "real" hair...
I think it was very unfortunate that two black women were trading insults.... it was a negative depiction of black women ONCE AGAIN ...and we can not blame white people this time for this type of characterization of black women....
Omarosa was insulting the host of the show....and then she stood up and started "getting jiggy"...that was extremely classless and disappointing...
Peace, blessings and DUNAMIS!
Lisa
